Title: My book
Post by: jmf on August 18, 2018, 05:58:50 PM
From my blog posts, I published a book that includes the stories of my naked hikes in the Alps. The text is in French, but it is illustrated with some three hundred photos in which I tried to relate the person(s) with the surrounding landscapes. It is published on the Blurb self-publication platform.
Much of the book is available at: http://www.blurb.fr/b/8737571-divagations-d-un-randonneur-naturiste-dans-les-alp

Jmf,
I just had a look at your book and recalled some of the pictures that you posted on TSNS a few years ago and particularly the breath-taking beauty of some of the mountain top locations and rugged countryside that you hiked to.  Thank you once again for sharing your fabulous work.
John

Jmf,
Je viens de jeter un coup d’œil à votre livre et de rappeler certaines des photos que vous avez postées sur TSNS, en particulier la beauté à couper le souffle de certains des sites montagneux et de la campagne accidentée dans laquelle vous avez marché. Merci encore d'avoir partagé votre fabuleux travail.
Jean

Thank you John for this appreciation of my photos and your translation in french. I made this book to keep a paper record of my hikes, because I tell myself that a website can disappear at any time. Paper is still a value!

For the translations, I'm using now https://www.deepl.com/translator which seems more accurate than Google.

Google a ses arrivées courtes. Je vais essayer celui-là.
Merci. Merci,

Google has shortcomings. I'll give this one a try.

Yeah, like the old TSNS site did.

I have always enjoyed your photo stories.
