Good pictures of deer. The deer around here aren't that large. I nearly always see deer tracks on my walks but only occasionally see the deer. Their range, I suspect, is rather larger than mine. Sometimes I have seen five or six together. They might get as close as ten yards but only rarely. If they aren't moving, they're also difficult to spot among the trees and bushes, less so on your front lawn eating your wife's plants. Here, they are practically noiseless as they move through the woods.
Here in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., I have seen more wildlife than anywhere I have ever lived (and there is hunting allowed). But rabbits are scarce, probably because of the foxes, which seem to have become more common. I may have also seen a coyote but I'm not absolutely certain.
