The reservoir looks a little low. Is that seasonal, warm Mediterranean weather, or drought?

If a fish hook got caught on your kayak and punctured it, would it sink or are there compartments in the structure that keep it afloat of one compartment fails?

The lines just got caught in the kayak's drift without being cut. I just had to go backwards a bit to get them out.
