Interesting. Does the hot spring emerge from the cliff in the photo and flow into the river which presumably is at a normal river temperature of a few degrees. Do you sit in the hot spring and then jump in the cold river - like a sauna?
In Britain we have just one or two hot springs and none are in a rural setting.
