As a newbie here, and refugee from Naturist Corner, I'm very grateful to Karla and Stuart for hosting.
I understood that the two reasons the organisers of NC decided to finish it were finance and workload. It appears I was one of only a few prepared to put a little money in to help with the increasing costs of running a forum, and on top of that the workload of weeding out malicious and mischievous posters was getting them down. Some members said they thought it all ran smoothly, so what was the problem? I suggested it could be like a swan, gliding over the lake while paddling frantically under the surface. The Admin's PM to me in reply suggested I was right on that.
Now, I can't help with keeping this forum "clean" but I'm happy to put a few pounds in to help with the costs. Karla - do you have a way I could do this?
