Never fails to amaze how life, to which water is the essence, manages to survive and prosper in these deserts.
You report shows little shade and rock everywhere. Also, we see you two walking under cloudless skies in all sorts of places.
Why don't you suffer from heat exhaustion and/or bad sunburn? You are both very brown, of course, but that's not the whole story surely? Is it that most of your sunny hikes are taken between dawn and about 10am?
What's the secret? I remember thinking this about Eyesup too, in the days when he used to post desert walks.
