Potential Clothing-Optional camp site for sale

I have just seen this on Naturist Corner and the Facebok UK Skinny-dippers

Campsite for sale on the Wye with good skinny dipper potential. The Hollybush campsite between Glasbury and Hay on Wye is for sale, very run down but with a lovely swimming beach on the Wye, would make an excellent clothing optional / naturist campsite. Please note:- I have no connection to the seller.

According to one source it is already unofficially clothing-optional.
Is anybody up for it?
I'm too old to start something like this.

I saw the same thing on UK Skinny Dippers and I've contributed there, but not on Naturist Corner, for reasons I've explained previously.

What I said on UKSD was that you can read about this place on TripAdvisor, and it gets miserable ratings--quite amusing really, if you don't actually intend to go there! 45% of the reviews give it the lowest rating, "Terrible".

So sure, go ahead and buy it and turn it into a lovely nude-friendly place. But expect to do some serious work to get it to that state.
