A friend of ours showed us a little known, or explored canyon area. There was no trail. We had to be careful. Nothing too scary.

Were the rocks so blue as the pictures indicate or is that just shade on grey rock the way the camera records it?
If they were so vividly blue what mineral is that? Any idea?
