Whilst I haven't read any of these books, I will be a little iconoclastic here in suggesting that the practice of nudity might be a little yawn provoking as the premise of a novel. And for non fiction, I guess it may be a bit repetitive because the subject is to my way of thinking a very narrow one. You can enjoy life more without clothes, there are some somatic health and mental benefits of nakedness and some issues in getting along with ones fellow textile if naked. That's about the full range of naturist main topics, isn't it?
Of course a profusion of naturist literature is good as it introduces more people to the positive side. But I wasn't motivated to order any of them. I guess I ought to read some publications - just to establish my bona fides!
I do read a good swathe of the naturist press I think as I am subscribed to a number of naturist feeds on Flipboard and look at that regularly (I particularly enjoy the fashion articles). Certainly the naturist press gives evidence of the aforementioned narrowness of the field with many repetitive themes and content.
That's not to say that naturism is not everything we would wish it to be and more. Far from it. My criticism is just about how it is written about.
