Good ponderings.  Not so sure about the silly photos.  Makes light of a serious argument.
I can see you have lost some weight, mate.  As I said in another post, you look OK lighter and are probebly well off without the extra weight.

I lost 20 lbs. being sick. I've got 5 or 6 back. I'm down 12 from where my recommended weight is listed, but it's not all muscle. I'm using this as an opportunity. If the holidays don't screw me up, with planned exercise and calorie counting, I should be burning some belly fat and redistributing.

I started a beard the day that I got sick. I kept it because I was looking a tad gaunt and people were commenting that they also saw the loss. For a naked guy, it's like changing clothing style, I suppose. ;)

They are still doing tests to see how I'm doing and still checking. I'm also weak from laying around. It is all stimulus to keep me on track to do what is best for better health. Recovery and then some, would be a lesson in good habits learned.
