We left the State park and traveled into the National park through the desolate desert which, because of sunshine and surreal terrain, is beginning to get peppered with odd little structures. Eventually, there is a campground up in the mountains where the elevation changes the flora in a dramatic fashion.
The camp director gave us a standard "Bear Talk" but seein's believin'.
Beautiful, grand place.
