« on: October 29, 2019, 11:34:38 PM »
So, with the dramatic decrease in male testosterone overall on this planet are ya feelin' just a bit off? Get naked in the sun. If you take off that silly swim suit you get 80% more. It's free!

There are studies and lots of facts, here and where you click the blue text.

Sunshine on your balls significantly increases testosterone.

I take vit D supplement in the winter.  I started in 2017 and I notice a perceptible difference in my mood (more cheerful and positive) when I am taking the vit D versus when not taking it.  It is a bit of a remedy for SAD I reckon.

That's why I got so hot feelin when I was driving the tractor for hours and my balls got baked.  Not temperature hot either. I didn't know what was doing it at the time.

Everything says naked is better,  even the Creator exclaimed over all creation, that it was very good,   and that when mankind was naked.

I googled around on this one and I have come to the conclusion that additional production of testosterone is unlikely to have that immediate an effect on libido, Reuben.  Studies show conclusively that low testosterone level can affect sex drive adversely.  But the link between raised testosterone level and increased libido is not clear or proven, it would seem.  I guess if your testosterone level were low to start with then a burst of sun and testosterone might have that effect.  However a more immediate effect of both testosterone and vitamin D is feeling more energized, confident, and motivated.  Maybe that's what you felt at that moment?
I'm not saying you didn't feel exactly as you describe, I just question the biochemical origin of that feeling.

Baked balls can certainly be stimulating, they get more sensitive.

If you're in your 70s, does it matter?

YES! It should. With me just a couple of years until 70's to go, you are very discouraging! I believe in the biology of belief and Viagra to be the ultimate backup, if it fails. Balls will always be very very very important...very. Yesterday, right before he stuck his finger up my butt, my urologist told me that the prostrate is the most important organ in the body AND why!...very, very!...

...very!

Problems with one's prostate can leave a man prostrate, certainly.

But I don't see how a doctor can say it's the most important organ. I know a guy who's had his removed, and he's getting along just fine in life. But what medical science says is that maintaining an active sex life is the best way to keep the prostate healthy, and to keep it, generally. "Use it or lose it" seems to apply to a lot of physical issues!

Viagra, though? It's not nature's way, that's for sure.

Viagra, not natural, yup. BUT, very helpful to relationships, to self-esteem, to relieve frustrations in performance, or even as a recreational drug. It is worth having around, if you need it, or if you don't.

Prostrate produces and regulates the flow of semen. It controls the release of urine. It keeps a nudist from dripping all over the place, or being incontinent and having to wear coverings. Very very very.....
