I think that DF was 54 when we met. She had been hiking with her top off before that nothing nudist. As you can see at my website, she has come a long way with no regrets. You are in the right place.
I suspect that you are enjoying some titillation from your experiences. Although, not clearly expressing it. That's okay. There is a little exhibitionism in everyone and that should tone down in time. Enjoy it. You are wise to seek out others.
To get a handle on things, become comfortable, learn ends and outs, I suggest trying a "The Naturist Society" gathering at a resort (that is if you are in the USA, your home doesn't look typically American construction). They are online. It is very supportive and informative. You would meet amazing nude women, who would share their stories and support you. You would best resolve to be nude the entire time. After three or four days nude, in a supportive environment, you will probably not to ever want be dressed again and your identification as who you are complete. Any guilt would be washed away.
An amazing world is there to open up to you. Naked is your nature.
Incidentally, any discomfort, or shame of your bodies changes should wash away. as well. Your appearance is lovely.
John P. I get what you are saying, but I'll go with giving the benefit of the doubt, just in case.
