Just checked AllTrails. If you're not logged in, you can see text reports, but the pics are blurred and partially covered by a dialog box about logging in.
Logged in, all of my pics and all of Bob's pics are on our profiles, and on the trip reports. They don't show up on the text report, you have to click the "Photos" button on that trail's main page. It'll say "Photos" and includes the number of photos for that trail.
