Hello again
« on: January 08, 2015, 01:39:32 PM »
Hello again folks. I was on here before as 'skin' but have since made some major changes in my life, including new laptop, e-mail address, internet provider, partner etc.
So, I'm Peter or Pedro, I respond to either. I stay in Fife, have been non clubbing naturist for most of my life (sadly partner does not participate). I do some life modelling for a couple of classes, which is nice, and try to get out and about, naked, as much as possible.

Welcome on board Pedro!

I did some life modelling when I lived in Perthshire. It can get quite uncomfortable holding a pose for any length of time. It was kind of odd that they expected me to put on a bath towel in-between the poses.

That is kind of odd when you think of it, especially from the perspective of a practicing nudist.
I suppose it was up to the model to say yes or no.

There are several things going on all at once.  The model may or my not be a nudist/naturist and may not see a problem with nudity for art's sake but be unwilling to be nude in a room full of clothed people when not posing.

The artist's themselves may see the naked human form from an artist's viewpoint but not necessarily a personal one where a naked person might be standing right next to them in an everyday setting.

Or maybe it was simply a courtesy they extended to all naked models to be excepted or not.  If the model is not a nudist they might feel out of place being the only one in a room full of clothed people.

If the model is a nudist they may not want to cause anyone to be uneasy.

It is a weird sort of situation.

Must say that I do don my robe between poses, if there is more than a couple of minutes between, but this is more to keep warm than anything else, if not I don't bother and no body objects.
