Another invasion from the Secret Naturist Society
« on: July 01, 2015, 04:35:29 PM »
I'm on a naturist holiday at the moment so for a start I'm copying in my profile description from another forum.
I'll get round to adding some more relevant stuff and putting up a proper profile when I get home.

I am a pensioner and my wife and I have been naturists for 35 years.
I'm into home, garden, beach, club visit, free-range and holiday naturism and particularly enjoy doing ordinary everyday activities naked.
Holiday naturism is mainly in France and Fuerteventura.
I also enjoy canal boating, cycling and swimming and regret that most locations for these are incompatible with naturism.

Hi JOhn,

I wondered when we'd hear from you given that you are enjoying the French climate at present.

Have fun,

Hi John.

I was often frustrated on the old SNS site by the restriction that only allowed the Moderator to respond to introductions.  We ended up with a cross post to the "General" topic for welcome messages that should have been in Introductions.

Have a fun vacation, John.  We expect a trip report when you get back.

Ditto here, JOhn.

I thought you might be on vacation or your boat.

Good to have you on board.

Hooray JOhn! You found us.  Fantastic.
The regular and long standing TSNS contributors are nearly quorate again!
Our little refuge, FRN island, with its palm fringed beaches, mixed deciduous woodlands and central munro uplands is getting quite agreeably populous!

I wonder if we really were marooned on the proverbial desert island, whether we would in fact co-exist in productive cooperation, surviving by cooperation and division of labour or whether we'd be a sort of Lord of the Flies saga with everyone falling out and in conflict like a reality TV show!

As I recall, the movie from that book, did have some of the boys naked by the end.

I got the impression they were commenting that nudity was regression.

It's been a long time, though, since I've read the book or seen the movie.

Hi Brandonbares!

Were you a contributor to TSNS?  Can't remember your interjections, but then that's my geriatric old brain probably forgetting.  Or maybe you adjusted your nickname?

However and irrespective - you're very welcome to the new place for SN chat!

Hi, brandonbares!

So you finally found us. Luckily the name of the Old Site shows up in these pages and also in Jbee's website, http://thefreerangenaturist.org/.

I googled the old name and both showed up in the search results, so hopefully anyone from the old site will eventually find their way here.

We don't know the details in detail but apparently a new owner took exception to our pastime.

Ahh, well. We like it here and so far we haven't (I hope) annoyed our hosts. As posted by JOhn, you can read up on what we think happened.

Welcome, back to the new site.

Yes I contributed occasionally, though I was more of reader than a poster. I had a picture where I was sat under waterfall that you may recall.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Its a shame about the content but the outcome is looking fine with people managing to find each other again. I didn't really realise that the old place was so tight nit.

There were a few of us that maintained a membership in the TSNS Yahoo site and we were able to send emails to all of them about this new location. It is surprising how many of those that were not on that site that have wandered in here.

I guess it is a testament to how much the old site was valued.
