Nearly every day I work on my trail and garden areas - often nude.  Working in the sun feels wonderful!  I always walk the trail nude at the end of the day as it's marvelous meditation.  I really love this way of life!

All are welcome to walk the trail in Dewey, AZ.

Next installment a simple prep segue to the things to come.

This year, the neighbors loud music not allowing my full senses to warn me and the new guys construction driving them into my direction, brought me inches from stepping on one. I couldn't hear it. Lucky it was less aggressive, in unfamiliar territory and surprised into inaction. A beautiful desert soil color, I cried and apologized as I murdered it. The neighbors got a letter. That was a last straw putting up with their rude music.

Yesterday I finished a fence that filled a gap in my trail near the road.  I seldom see cars anyway, but it's nice to make that exposed section totally private.  I also finished rocking the walls round my terraced garden areas.  These sections are totally fenced for privacy as well.  The trails and gardens are essentially finished.  It's wonderful to work nude!

Installment #10 is posted. It is a brief intimate interlude of observation leading to a spiritual awareness.

As much as I'd like to get out and trim trails,  I find myself a bit too busy lately to do it,  but I do have miles of old logging roads that serve as trails.   Last Sat  i hiked 5 miles from over near town back home, through the woods,  mostly old roads that see maybe one 4 wheeler a year,  some haven't seen a vehicle since the loggers made them.    Very nice walk with the spring flowers,  streams and occasional waterfall.   For a more direct route and to skip a more open road I depart from the skidder roads and pass through untrailed woods for a ways.   Sometimes the old logging road gets filled in with brush and briars and it's easier going to get off of it.   I can't leave from the other side naked,  but intentionally wore something easy to carry.  Soon as I'm out of sight i pull the shorts and shirt and carry them.  This time I ended up carrying a chain link as well that I found in the old road.    In time I will feel freed up and get back to more leisure work.

Part of my garden privacy fence blew down in a micro-burst last week.  So I rebuilt it, even stronger, this week.  Now I can get back to gardening nude.  Yesterday I turned the soil in preparation for planting the second weekend of May to celebrate naked gardening day.  One couple will be there for sure.  Anyone else planning on joining us for a naked gardening day celebration May 14th?

I have finished my .3 mile-path, and extended it down the hill for another ½ mile.  It always does my body good to freehike this path each day.  My minister walked it with me this week.  I’d love sharing it with others.  Anyone interested?

One of these days. I thought of you when planning and when we were in the Bloody Basin Area. One of these days.

Invitation to our Belated World Naked Gardening Day celebration – May 14, 2016

Yesterday I turned the soil in preparation for planting during our Belated Naked Gardening Day Celebration on the land Amy and I recently purchased in Dewey, AZ.  (About an hour north of Shangri La Ranch, near Prescott.)

Here is the schedule for that special day with friends:

10:30 am – Gather at our land on Piute Road, Dewey, AZ.  Parking is available at the side of the paved road.  Call Ken for directions or if you have questions at 909-264-0047.

10:45 to 12:00 – Plant the garden areas behind our privacy fence (clothing optional of course).  Bring gloves and garden tools/spades for the planting.  I’ve planned the garden and will have a planting guide.  (Our terraced garden areas are small so this activity should only take an hour or so.)

10:45 to 12:00 – We will also plant a few bushes (we already have) in openings along a trail/path on our land.  You can of course share in this planting.

10:45 to 12:00 – Rather get a sun tan?  Bring your own lounge chair and sun your entire body, enjoying the wonderful view from the top of our hill while the garden is being planted.  Bring your towel of course.

12:00 to 1:15 – Lunch at a local restaurant (unfortunately clothed).  Bring a little cash.

1:30 to 3:00 – Walk our Nature and Meditation Path, and extend your freehike to the bottom of the hill if you wish.  There are great areas where you can sit and enjoy nature the way it was meant to be experienced (nude) – (the path/trail is 1/3 to one mile long).  We will probably not freehike into the Bradshaw Mountains (something we often do since the entrance is only five minutes from our land) because we don’t want to run across textiles and spoil this beautiful Saturday.)

Two couples will be there for sure.  RSVP and let us know if you can attend.

I posted an excursion on My stealth naturism trail. There is a more intimate encounter with the tribe of javelina. I consider how to do a J. Goode-all from the nest.

Inspired by World Naked Gardening Day, I planted peas, onions, carrots, beans, and radishes in the terraced garden area I built on our land in Dewey, AZ.  I also planted some bushes for privacy on our nature trail.  I loved the day.  (I'd attach a photo but can't figure our how to resize it for this site - any suggestions?)

I’ve been working on the fence around garden area to hopefully keep the rabbits out.  It should be completed today, so I should be able to plant the tomatoes and peppers.  (A little late I know.)

Most days I am able to walk the trail and work the garden nude.  And Amy often joins me.

Anyone interested in visiting me and Amy, walking our nature trail (nude of course if you want), and visiting our garden?

Get the free program IrfanView. It's excellent for reformatting and resizing images.

Or alternatively use windows Paint - see http://nakedpublicdares.com/photohelp.htm
