Too bad they're in Holland as I doubt that we would find such an open minded rational court here. In fact I was just involved in a discussion why nudity will never become common place in the US. Besides the puritanical local and state laws prohibiting it if it would become common place for nudity to be accepted on federal land and the clothing/fashion industry would feel threatened then they would muster such a lobbying effort in the nations capital that laws would be changed. Even if our courts would come to the same (sane) conclusion that there is enough beach area for both nude and textile use I'm sure the backlash would be tremendous.
But most of all nudity is the great equalizer; one cannot display social status without clothes. Even expensive jewelry looks fake in a naturist setting. Think of how absurd it would be to try and judge social status at a nude beach based on the quality of towels, brand of sunscreen or size and make of a cooler? Or in the forest based on footwear, size and make of a backpack or even a walking stick?
Most of our political system is based on developing divisions between different social strata. Besides the haves and have not's, rich and poor, religions, political party, regions, and ethnicity and any other divisions that can be exploited for gain. Nudity becoming the great equalizer would eventually disrupt a process that has ruled this country and others for ages.
