Okay, I've watched it twice, now. I'm fully on board.
This is what I've been experimenting with here at my home since I moved from a live living desert ecology to a flat dirt lot, where things barely can grow, in a desert with long dry heat. I'm learning slow, but sure. The garden is getting its soil, the new tree's cover is coming around. There is nice soft grass happening in many areas, edible weeds are coming about, green and its varied. Top soil is being created by amendments and composting. The veggie garden is thriving with the drip systems watering. I'm feeling noticeably better and food cheaper than store bought, my food bill is probably half a this point and dropping.
The list goes on and all the while, I've been out there working/exercising my body in the sun naked and mostly barefoot. The water bill, with care and rainwater harvesting is up just a couple of bucks and I'm starting to get so much winter crop food and planning a summer feast. Each morning, I step outside into the warmth of the sun and fresh air, strip off my robe and breath and stretch like a lizard. Then, I gather around ten different green foods into a huge salad and throw it into a blender with fruit and sprouts, a raw egg, collagen powder, hemp meal and then sip it in the garden meditating, or reading under the huge eucalyptus tree, Ida. It's such a pleasure, a gift and so very simple.
So, there is much more to this soil thing, and naked and barefoot fits right in.
