Your video of the bike ride and walk to the sea was inspiring. How amazing just to need nothing but your body and walk across the dunes to swim and return with no need for towels or anything. Awesome. Enviable. I realised that, for our benefit that you had taken your video and fiddled about to get those shots. So thank you JOhn for doing that and being so inspiring.
