Sabino Canyon Stealth

A couple of weeks back, I did some stealth hiking with a friend of mine in Sabino Canyon with the light of the full moon.

Is there no end to the magical and secret places you discover, Jbee? That wonderful sedimentary rock eroded away to make magical and secret pools to bathe in.

Does your photo technology not allow very low light i.e. moonlight photography?  Err.. for that matter does any?

Pretty crappy pictures at night. There is a dial setting for it. I know of nothing that can capture that desert full moon effect. I've been asking around.

Yes, there is no end to the magical, wondrous places that I seek out. We have four deserts coming together here for incredible diversity and the geology is endlessly various. Pretty rocks all colors, textures, formations, it is amazing.

The only thing I know of is a time lapse shot or, and I am assuming you are using a digital camera, in the old days extremely fast film. Which had the bad grace to be very grainy and low resolution.

Still, as usual, great pictures.
