Back in a remote canyon in Arizona, we visit on a perfect day. The stunning color of the Fall changing leave's display has our jaws literally dropping. The weather is nearly perfect, for nude walking.

Desert Arizona? Your land never fails to amaze, Jbee. A riot of carotenes and anthocyanins!
See this
As to the 2nd part of the blog...Wow! Such intensity of colour and monochromatic massive curtains of the same leaves. The pinks are stunning. Of course we get great autumn colour in the UK too, but the intensity and variety of pink red and orange of your walk defeats superlatives.
One picture has absolutely no comparison in the UK - mixed deciduous woodland
with cacti growing side by side
!
The 6th picture in the 2nd blog.

Cactus seemingly growing out of a rock no less. There were agave and a type of century plant down in the canyon with the trees. The odd combination definitely gives a Sonoran flair.
