I’m with you right down the line, Larry. The only ornamentation I wear is my wedding band. None of the other stuff.

Happy birthday Larry!

Heeeyyyyy!!!! Hymie! Long time no hear here! Come by and sit for a spell.

DITTO the B-day!

HYMIE! Good to see your post. I had been concerned. It HAS been awhile.

I guess I need to place my personal preferences, too. I'm prone to natural. I see God's work as best. Human decoration may be fun, but true beauty is the unadulterated blessing. It goes back to my ol' ethos from the late sixties, I suppose. Natural, earthy materials, lasting workmanship, rallying against the perceived "plastic" culture. Still my tastes hold in this day.

On women in particular, I see hair fashion as butchery, it always looks silly and distasteful in retrospect in the old photographs. A tat might be a huge scar on a beautiful nude body, instead of  decoration, when seen through my eyes. You can't be truly naked, if you are dressed in a tat's decor. Show me a natural all over tan, non-disrupted nude lines and that is attractive. There is permanence to a tat, when life is about change, ebb and fluctuations. In short, I don't like 'em, prefer not seeing 'em on others, and sometimes feel sad to see 'em. Piercings, have no permanence. On the other hand, it isn't my decision, my business, if not asked and I'm not bothered enough to say anything, especially about something that is done and can't change. When you chop down a tree, it is gone. There is no choice but to attempt to get used to it. I do enjoy the tatoo art.

don't need any decoration to be me.    My Creator made me as I am and I can't improve on my appearance with any external decor.    I don't think it makes anybody else look any better either.  Poking holes and hanging metal just don't make sense, neither does painting pictures on me.   Temporary pictures not so bad if someone wants to,  they wash off.

Like I always say when someone asks if I have tats: "?Would you put graffiti on the Taj Mahal?"

OK, so maybe my bod is a bit more like the backside of a 7-11, but no -- I like me natural.  No extra holes I wasn't born with, and nothing missing, either.

That said, I guess I've bent a wee bit to social convention,  to the point of a minimal degree of "manscaping". And I do mean minimal.
I feel my best when naked in the world, especially in wide, open spaces, wherever and whenever possible.

I have 32 piercings from the needles that put stiches in for various surgeries and accidents and I feel that is enough. As for tattoos I feel the same as many, they're fine if you want them, some are attractive, too many defeats the purpose. Myself; at this age I'll pass. I know some may know the story but a quick recap. As a cyclist the legs were shaved as one; it's better for a massage and two; bandages hurt less when your not pulling hair off. Then when I decided to try a triathlon the arms and upper torso were shaved for swimming. The misses joked that I may as well shave everything so one day while she worked the afternoon shift I did it. At this point I will leave the rest to your imagination but have remained that way since.

Temporary stuff is fun. I've tried henna. Once an oval birthmark was decorated into a turtle.

Body paint is fun. I once had a bull skull put on my back. With my arms, the horns would raise.
I had a rainbow corresponding to the chakras, that swirled around on my backside done by an art student at a long ago rainbow gathering. People accept that better than a naked guy. It was festive. I did DF with rainbow circles at chakras last year at the big rainbow thing. She loved it.
Those airbrush bodies on the internet and Fantasy Fest are captivating, AND those people are ligit to cruise free range on the street at a big party.
I did DF at a contest once. The breast were eyes, toothy grin on the belly. Her hair made a mop top and a goatee. Now, where's that picture? We all got a kick out of it.

We may do a photo shoot with a couple of friends. He has black light paint. The dance and contortions in the dark, should look fun.

Halloween is coming....
