Firstly, you do not need to be a BN member in order to join this event as, although it is organised from within BN it is not an official members' holiday.
The standard package includes flights from London (usually Gatwick) but I'm sure a discounted price could be arranged for you to join the transfer bus at Preveza Airport or to make your own way to whichever base port on Lafkada Island the flotilla starts from (usually Nidri or Sivota).
We usually reckon on between 200 and 300 euros per week for meals and other refreshments, eating at the local tavernas when in port and lunching on board (naked, of course) in a quiet bay.
Supplies are bought at the small supermarkets in the ports. These are of variable quality but usually have a good selection of local vegetables. Although the taverna menus tend to be carnivorous there are usually enough vegetarian and seafood options.
There itinerary is dependent on the weather forecast and is announced from daily by the lead crew who are responsible for the entire flotilla and are always at hand to assist with mooring up, having ensured that adequate moorings will be available. However there are usually one or two "free sailing" days when we have moored overnight in a sheltered bay and eaten on board, allowing a complete 24 hours naked time.
I apologise for the poor print on the flyer but I had to reduce it in size to attach it complete with pictures. I have re-attached the text as a .txt file.

Also, as I stated earlier, I am not sure whether I will be going so unless there is another FRN person going who is able to skipper a yacht it might be a little difficult ofr you to fit in.
