Hello from Ireland
« on: July 12, 2015, 09:23:42 PM »
Just posting a short message to say hello from Ireland. I'd be interested to chat to and meet other naturists.

Please feel free to contribute or ask questions in any topic.
Although many of us seem like a tight-knit group we always welcome newcomers and do out best to make them feel comfortable.

Hear hear!
Welcome NaturistManIrl.

Don't think we've had a member from Ireland before.  Stunning countryside there and lots of it very sparsely populated for good SN activity.

Tell us a bit about what sort of naturism you do, please, it would be interesting.

Welcome NaturistManIrl.

Please join in and add to the discussion.

Also, please excuse my ignorance, but we here across the pond sometimes don't pick up on the finer aspects of local speak in the UK.

Your post said Ireland. I know there are two separate states with Ireland in the name.

Which one does the simplified 'Ireland' refer to. For our purposes hear I guess it doesn't matter. They are both on the same island and the hiking in either is probably a great experience.

I remember being corrected once on the SNS site once for a faux pas involving a Britishism I had misunderstood. I am rather experienced at that.

Welcome to our little corner of cyberspace NaturistManIrl.

We may appear to be a tightly knitted little group (indeed we are) but we always enjoy new contributors as they bring us new aspects of the world that we had not otherwise considered.

I remember being corrected once on the SNS site once for a faux pas involving a Britishism I had misunderstood. I am rather experienced at that.

Don't lose sleep over that Duane, we get those wrong here too as many words and phrases are distinctly local in their use.

Have fun,

Ian.
