For anyone who fancies an evenings indoor Naturism, the annual SOC walkers dinner in on Wednesday 20th January. As it says in the text, you don't need to be a member of SOC, or even a walker to attend.

The information below about this event was provided by Steve Allott, the organiser.

The Seventh Annual SOC Walkers Dinner takes place on Wednesday, 20 January 2016 and once again we are grateful to The Oxford in Kentish Town, North West London for agreeing to host our event. We have hired the upstairs room with its own bar, restaurant and toilet facilities from 6pm and we expect to finish around 10pm.

The dinner is open to all SOC members and their partners/friends and to anyone else who is interested in finding out more about the SOC walks (or anyone who just likes to have a good time).

Speakers
Our guest speaker for the 2016 SOC Naturist Walkers Dinner is (TBC).

Afternoon visit to RIOs
As before some people may choose to meet and relax at the nearby RIOs health spa during the afternoon. It is open from 11am. Sorry, we have tried and are unable to negotiate a group discount, however the spa is excellent value - it has been refurbished recently and boasts 3 steam rooms, 2 saunas, 3 jacuzzis, a small swimming pool and a large TV lounge; the entry price includes unlimited free soft drinks, tea, coffee and biscuits (there is a small charge for sandwiches and toasties which must be ordered and paid for when you arrive). You are entitled to bring your own alcohol and store it in their fridge behind the bar should you so wish. You can also drink it as well! Please contact RIOs directly for current prices.

Dinner Format
The evening will kick off with drinks in the secluded upstairs bar at 6pm followed by a sit down dinner (don't forget your towels) at approx 7:30pm. If you arrive early you are of course welcome to have a drink downstairs.
Once again we have decided to order from a specially prepared menu which will keep down the costs and offer a good choice for vegetarians. Please advise us as soon as possible if you have any specific dietary requirements.
The menu at The Oxford is seasonal and is changed every week. We will email you to ask for your choices closer to the time. We expect to finish no later than 10pm.

Music
If you want to hear your favourite songs please bring along your iPOD or iPhone which can be hooked up into the bar's sound system.

Hotels
We will be happy to recommend or book hotel accommodation for you in the locality should you require it.

We hope you can make it. Best,Stephen Allott"

Now, that DOES sound like fun. Unfortunately I have a prior commitment in Tucson.

You could attend wearing just a black tie :)

I should add that whilst most will be naked, it is actually clothes optional, should anyone want to bring a non-participating spouse or partner.
