Good to hear from you John. You get your passport to freedom from your hard work at BN on Sunday. (BN AGM) Plenty of potential in Shropshire. I've done  a couple if walks around the Stiperstones. Welcome to the Midlands or do you feel more border country?

I like to hear about all of the progress, as you make it happen, Johnb. How your scouting works and the results. Yup, looking forward to it.

Haven’t seen much from the British countryside lately.
Hope to see some reports soon.

I hope you will have a very happy time in Shropshire.  Bit different from Surrey, I presume?
Why the move... if I may be allowed to exercise my inquisitive tendencies?

Algorobo near Malaga. Staying for a week with family.   Managed to get away with the Mrs for 5 afternoons on the beach, flying back to UK early Monday.

Thanks for your good wishes. It is a bit different to Surrey, rather less populated for one thing. The move was mainly to get closer (but not too close) to my son and his wife, who live in Salford. His health is poor and his wifes isn't great, so by being that bit closer its easier to assist them when necessary.
